Goal: My goal at the moment is to get the Book Empowering Youth with ADHD bt the weekend. I also want to get some more cardio in to be ready for the Warrior Dash Race the Day before.
Reality is that I am on chapter two, and need to be at chapter 10 by sunday
Options. Obstacles: I have the option of reading my book for a while today, both in school and at the gym. My obstacle remains time and distractions.
